Matt Ritter

Director of Engineering

Matt Ritter joined Silicon Mechanics in 2013 and is the director of engineering. He started as a lead product manager, eventually moving to director of product management and then director of operations before being promoted to his current role. Prior to Silicon Mechanics, Matt served as a partner operations lead at Google. He has an Accredited WekaFS Sales and Marketing Professional certification, as well as AWS Business Professional and AWS Technical Professional certifications. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Golden Gate University in California and a B.A. from American Military University in West Virginia.

  

  Andrew O' Neill 

       Director of Solutions Architect  

     Silicon Mechanics   

  Andrew O’Neill brings over 10 years of high performance computing experience to Silicon Mechanics as the director of solutions architect. 

Before his promotion, he was a product engineer and a technical support specialist with Silicon Mechanics.  His areas of expertise include information technology, high performance computing, InfiniBand networking, and network attached storage solutions. 

O’Neill holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a double concentration in information systems and entrepreneurship from California Polytechnic State University- San Luis Obispo.
